This course covers agency relationships in real estate brokerage agreements available in New Hampshire. It starts with definition of agency and the risks that go along with fiduciary relationships. It includes discussion of designated, seller, buyer, sub- and dual agency relationships.

The licensee will leave the course with an in depth understanding of the NH Brokerage Relationship Disclosure form. The role of facilitator is covered along with the associated risks.
