This home study course is part of a series of ethics courses and reflects the latest information from the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). This title meets NAR’s ethics training requirement for new and continuing members. It features rules to apply when determining an ethical decision and offers an in-depth discussion of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR)’s Code of Ethics, articles of the Code and Standards of Practice, plus enforcement of the Code of Ethics. Your students will gain greater insight into the responsibilities and duties required of REALTORS® and recommended sanctions for violations of the Code. This title meets NAR’s requirements for new members to complete ethics training and continuing members to complete triennial ethics training (due December 31, 2021). Licensee is responsible for sending copy of affidavit to their local NAR Board. Once the final quiz is completed and graded, your certificate will be emailed to you within 24-28 hours. This class is approved for credits in NH and ME. The agent friendly home study book will be shipped at no extra charge to licensees through USPS Priority mail. The final quiz, NH certificate, ME Certificate and ME Educational Survey are available immediately in your Student Center. Upon completion of final quiz, licensee just scans the 25 question quiz, filled out credit affidavits, and survey to info@TheRealEstateClass.com Quiz will be graded. Licensee must receive a passing grade of 85% for Maine credit and 80% for NH credit. Credit affidavits will be emailed to licensee. Remember to send a copy to your local Board for NAR credit.
