This course follows the state approved outline for licensing education. This course supports education for reciprocity under Rea 301.03. In part one, this course goes over all of RSA 331:A, New Hampshire Real Estate Practice Act, along with the supporting Rea’s 100-700 in depth. Including information on the Real Estate Commission; Licensure; Regulation of Licensee and Agency Conduct. Part two encompasses environmental laws from Shoreland Water Quality; Hazardous Wastes; Safe Drinking Water and Water Pollution; Waste Disposal; Hazardous Substances like asbestos, arsenic, lead and radon. Laws governing planning, zoning, condominiums, manufactured housing, taxation, recordation, descent and distribution are reviewed for pertinences to real property transactions are incorporated into part two. This course is taught in two (4) hour sessions.
