Shannon Whaley's objective is to provide a safe, fun and energetic learning experience for all her adult learners. She shares her passion for the real estate industry by educating those interested through Pre-License Classes, Continuing Education Classes, Practical Selling Seminars and Workshops. Shannon brings an extraordinarily high level of experience to her classes resulting in rave reviews! Ms. Whaley is an entertaining, dynamic and knowledgeable instructor who loves to teach classes targeted at both real estate licensing and sales productivity. She brings her history as a top producer into the classroom with examples from her 25 year career in real estate.

Ms. Whaley is a Certified Distance Education Instuructor. She is certified by the State of New Hampshire to teach licensing, CORE and elective classes. In Maine, she is a certified CORE and elective instuctor. She also is approved to teach electives in Vermont. In addition to teaching the fundamentals, Ms. Whaley is also a Keller Williams Certified Regional Instructor. She can take you from getting your license to closing your first deal.

Carrie began her career in Real Estate in 2011 and is currently an Associate Broker at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty.  She teaches an interactive Code of Ethics course that is approved in ME, NH and VT. She is certified by the State of New Hampshire to teach licensing, CORE and elective classes. In Maine, she is a certified CORE and elective instuctor.
