This class covers the New Hampshire Association of Realtors(r) Purchase and Sale contract from the perspective of the buyer's agent. A comprehensive review of a sample acceptable P&S agreement as required for NH post licensing that establishes a minimal knowledge and competence in the preparation of contracts.
We will achieve an understanding of the various paragraphs and clauses of a Purchase and Sales agreement along with an understanding of the roles and relationships of the licensee(s) involved in the preparation. The risks and dangers of the unauthorized practice of law will be also be covered in this class.
