This course covers the basics of several hazardous elements commonly found in real estate. Topics covered include radon in air, radon in water, arsenic in water, arsenic in wood and asbestos products in building materials. Discussion of health effects, testing, mitigation and remediation techniques. Overview of proper federal and state disclosures required of licensees.
